Love my Air2s and the Rc pro is so convenient. Bernardo was his name, and he is an absolute LEGEND who actually refunded me the Import Tax Fees. The sales assistant I was emailing was not even trying to help me, so I then wanted to communicate with the manager there, but instead got there Customer Support person. All the savings I made had now just gone with the import taxes and I was really p#ssed off and upset with what had happened telling Dronenerds what happened. Long story Short, for the first time ever I got Stung with GST and import tax before the drone had even left the USA (Must be a FedEx thing) and was charged almost $350au dollars that had to be paid before Borderforce would even release it. Ordered the New DJI air2s.Rc Pro, Fly more combo as we don't have them in Australia and Dronenerds were the only place I could find who would send them. I gave you the business but didn't know I'd go through this much difficulty with service. I purchased this drone from Drone Nerds after sending my first drone to you, which was unrepairable, and was asked for the sale if I were to purchase a new one. Now instead of forwarding my drone to DJI (with provided shipping labels) DN is returning drone to me so that I may forward it myself. Bottom line is, after back and forth contacts between you guys and Drone Nerds insisting you couldn't help me with needed activation code, within minutes your salesman Robbie Weitzner provided me with need code. DJI says DN has to supply number and forward drone to DJI for repairs. DN told me I had to contact DJI for the number because DN couldn't supply code or make needed repairs. ![]() "We're happy to partner with Taranis and DJI on one of largest drone operations in the agriculture industry," comments Jeremy Schneiderman, CEO & Co-Founder at DroneNerds, "we are the largest provider of enterprise-class drones in North America, and our team has the experience and knowledge to support the needs in the coming season and beyond as Taranis continue to expand their customer base to hundreds of ag retailers and millions of acres".It was irritating to learn that after my drone has been in your possession and multiple contacts to Drone Nerds and to DJI (as was instructed to do by Drone Nerds) that for a month my repairs sat idle because of lack of Care Refresh Card activation code. ![]() "As Taranis continues to grow and serve millions of acres across the US, we had to ensure we have the right partners in place to deliver on our quality services at scale," says Opher Flohr, COO and CFO at Taranis, "the collaboration with DroneNerds and the ability to use the cutting edge DJI m300 drones has been a cornerstone of our success in delivering the most timely, and actionable insights on to our customers."
